My work draws from memory, family, and a strong sense of place in Louisiana. Heat, light, and stillness shape the work, giving it a quiet, familiar atmosphere. The paintings move between observation and abstraction, holding narrative in fragments.

I am a painter and published children’s book illustrator working from my home studio. Alongside my independent practice, I take on a limited number of commissions, including portraits and residential renderings.
